Complus Company Policies, Service Terms and Conditions
I/We, ________________________________________, ("CLIENT") agree to the following terms for services rendered by COMPLUS.
Payment Terms:
CLIENT agrees to pay a basic visit fee of $18.99 for COMPLUS to come to
the CLIENT’s location to make the service call. In addition, for service
performed in a residential setting, CLIENT agrees to pay a service charge
of $75.96 for the first hour of service and $18.99 per quarter hour
thereafter for time spent by COMPLUS at CLIENT's site. The $18.99 basic
trip charge is not credited towards your service charge and is due
regardless of the outcome of service. The minimum charge for In-Home
Service is $94.95 (basic trip fee plus minimum one hour service charge).
COMPLUS reserves the right to refuse service as well as to change fees and
rates at any time without notice.
COMPLUS does not provide billing services to clients unless billing arrangements have been previously established. CLIENT agrees to pay COMPLUS for all charges at the time of service.
Release of Liability:
CLIENT agrees to release and hold harmless COMPLUS from any and all
liability associated with the performance of service or the provision of
parts, and acknowledges also that COMPLUS offers no explicit or implied
warranty or guarantee on services performed or parts provided, other than
the manufacturer’s warranty.
1. CLIENT acknowledges that due to the nature of the services being performed, there is potential risk of damage or loss including, but not limited to, damage to CLIENT's home, office, computer hardware, cabling, hubs, routers, switches, peripherals, accessories, and furniture, as well as potential risk of damage, corruption, or loss of computer software, applications, data, and data storage media.
2. CLIENT agrees to release and hold harmless COMPLUS from all liability for damage or loss as well as any incidental or consequential material or financial damage or loss that may result from the actions of COMPLUS, its agents or service computer representatives.
3. CLIENT grants COMPLUS, its agents and service computer representatives, access and permission to physically disassemble any and all computer systems, components, networks, cabling, hubs, routers, switches, peripherals, and accessories.
4. CLIENT grants COMPLUS, its agents and service computer representatives, access, security rights, and permission to open, view, modify, edit, delete, or otherwise manipulate CLIENT's computer software, applications, data, and data storage media including, but not limited to, the computer Operating System, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, workflow, graphics, audio, video, system drivers and libraries, and any other type of software or data that may be contained on CLIENT's computer system(s) or network.
5. CLIENT grants COMPLUS, its agents and service computer representatives, permission to physically access CLIENT's home or office property where CLIENT's computer system(s) and/or network resides.
6. CLIENT grants COMPLUS, its agents and service computer representatives, permission to perform modification to CLIENT's home or office property for the purpose of installing or troubleshooting computer and/or networking hardware, cabling, hubs, routers, switches or peripherals. Modification may include such practices as drilling through or disassembling furniture, walls, floors, carpet or trim, laying and removing cabling and devices including affixing cabling and devices to furniture, walls, floors, or trim, using nails, screws, staples, hangers, or plastic ties.
7. CLIENT grants COMPLUS, its agents and service computer representatives, permission to download and/or install software on CLIENT's computer and/or network, including but not limited to, virus scanners, diagnosis and repair utilities, drivers, libraries, and software requested to be installed by CLIENT.
8. CLIENT grants COMPLUS, its agents and service computer representatives, permission to install hardware in CLIENT's computer and/or network, including but not limited to, memory chips, processor chips, cooling fans, batteries, hard drives, tape drives, storage devices, modem and communication devices, audio and video cards, network interface cards, hubs, routers, switches, printers, scanners, cables, and any other hardware requested to be installed by CLIENT.
9. COMPLUS very strongly recommends that CLIENT safeguard critical data by backing up said data prior to any services performed by COMPLUS. Unless specifically requested and provided as a paid service by COMPLUS, CLIENT is responsible for any backup, archiving, or protective storage as well as restoration if required, of CLIENT's data. COMPLUS is a provider of billable on-site services and does not offer or provide telephone technical support unless previous arranged. Neither the signing of this agreement nor the performance of services by COMPLUS implies availability of telephone technical support unless previous arranged. This document constitutes the entire agreement between CLIENT and COMPLUS. No other agreement whether verbal or written shall be in effect except if agreed to and authorized in writing.
Complus LLC reserves the right to refuse any or all refund(s) for the following: Computer Consulting /Web design / Web Applications / Web Hosting / Special Applications / Video Editing / Photography / Image (Web) Editing.
By submitting a service request using the on-line form at www.com-plus.biz, CLIENT indicates that he/she has read and understands, and agrees to the terms of this Payment Terms and Release of Liability form, which is kept on file at the offices of COMPLUS LLC.

Sales Policies:
All sales are final. All items carry a 90 day warranty
unless otherwise noted. Returns of product, other than for exchange or
replacement, are subject to a 15% return fee. Shipping fees and/or return
shipping costs are Non-Refundable. No returns other than non-working
product after 30 days of receipt will be honored. Should a replacement for
a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product
will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications. All
returned equipment must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number prior to return shipment. To be accepted, all returned products
must be conspicuously labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied
with a copy of the sales order or invoice. Customer must pack items being
returned complete, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., as if they
were new and working condition. Regardless of condition, products must be
packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return
shipping. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
Unauthorized and/or unmarked returns will not be honored. Complus will not
be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the
use of any product(s) that it sells. The Complus reserves the right to
refuse service to anyone.

Navigational Data/Tracking.
We do not use any navigational data about where individuals come from, leave to, or go while on our Web site, and we do not disclose this to third parties.
While we may collect online navigational data about where you go on our Web site, we will not use such information at the individually identifiable level. We may use navigational data in aggregate or compiled statistical form.
We may use Web browser "cookies" to track progress through our Web site, but the cookies will not be used to collect or store individually identifiable information nor be linked to other information that allows us to identify an individual. We do not release to third parties specific customer account information except to comply with valid legal process or in reasonable efforts to fulfill a transaction initiated by our Customers.
We provide Customers with the opportunity to update or correct contact and billing information.
We provide to our customers a means to update and ensure the accuracy of their online contact and billing information. For security reasons, we will not disclose the original information directly to the customer, but rather provide a means to reenter changes to the information on record.
Online Purchases.
The objective of the online purchases principle is to protect the information about customer transactions and other online uses from misuse and unauthorized disclosure.
We may use information about the kinds of products you buy from us to make other marketing offers to you, unless you tell us not to, or to personalize your visits to our Web site. We do not give out this purchase data to others except as specified below:
