Simply contact us and provide us with your address and contact information. You will then be given a reference number to include it when you ship us the drive as well as shipping instructions.

After contacting Complus it's important to disconnect the drive as soon as possible to prevent further damage.

Within two to four business days of receiving your drive we will contact you via email or telephone and let you know if we were able to recover your data.

Once your data is recovered and sent to you it is removed from our servers. If you choose to not have us ship back your failed drive, we will destroy all data on the drive at no cost.
