Warranty and Return Policies
Complus provides conditional 90 days warranty on most products. Restrictions apply. After 90 days Manufactures warranty will apply. No Exceptions.Please read this document for a detailed description of our Policies.
Application for an RMA number to Complus indicates your acceptance of our Policy and Terms and Conditions as posted on our site.
Damaged on Arrival / Lost Packages
All products shipped by Complus go through stringent QC plus testing and are packaged with extreme care. A product damaged in transit, as a result of improper handling by carrier becomes carrier's responsibility and must be reported within twenty-four hours from the time of receipt.
DOA Guidelines:
To preserve the right to submit a claim against the carrier, notify the carrier immediately about any and all damages. Carrier Company's terms and conditions will apply for any claims. Notify Complus within 48 hours of receipt via email or telephone.

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unless authorized by Complus damaged products will be returned to Complus freight prepaid by customer. All claims for lost or damaged packages will be based and resolved at Carrier Company's discretion.
RMA (RMA Merchandise Authorization) Policy
Products purchased from Complus may be returned for credit or exchange, within thirty (30) days from date of Invoice. Restrictions apply. See Guidelines below. After thirty (30) days, manufacturer warranty will be enforced. Credits or refunds will be not be issued after 30 days. No exceptions. Products returned for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on fair market value at the time of receipt of your products. No exceptions. All OEM CPUs carry a 15 days exchange only warranty, unless specified otherwise on invoice. Software is non-refundable. Complus will not warrant any product subjected to improper freight handling/shipping, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair or installation. Visibly defaced, marked or dismantled products will automatically void all warranties. COM + does not warrant any products for incompatibility issues. We strongly recommend customers to determine the compatibility of product/s with their required configuration - before making their purchase. We make every attempt to service products returned to Complus for repair or exchange as promptly as possible. However, lead-time will vary depending on the defects and products. We reserve the right to substitute products with a similar product of equal value, in cases where a replacement is not easily available. Items discontinued by the Manufacturer are not covered by any Complus warranties. Repaired products will be shipped back to customer via Ground Service, freight prepaid by Complus Customer will be solely responsible for additional charges as a result of shipping method upgrades.
RMA Guidelines
Credits or refunds will not be given for CPUs and Memories. NO EXCEPTIONS. Return for Credit policy will not apply to any and all CPU, Memory, end of life or discontinued products, special orders including custom assembled systems. Defective CPU and Memory are to be returned for exchange within 15 days of date of Invoice. All return products approved for credit must be unused, in re-sellable conditions and are to be packaged and shipped back in original packaging, including manuals, cables, and all other accessories. Shipping, handling, insurance, service/finance charges are not refundable. All returned merchandise must be packed in the original container with complete parts and packaging, manuals and accessories. No Exchange or refund will be given for incomplete Returned merchandise and all warranties through Complus will be deemed Void. Complus reserves the right to return any product un-repaired, without notification, under the following circumstances.
1. Products not purchased from Complus
2. Unauthorized returns
3. Any product, on which the Serial number has been modified, removed or tempered with.
4. Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, over clocking, misuse, power surge, fire, water, or other acts of nature, product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
5. Products where warranty is void due to unauthorized addition/deletion/alteration of parts; return without proper authorization; missing documentation, packaging, and accessories; physically damaged, burnt, short-circuited, broken products.
6. The alleged condition is a result of neglect, unauthorized or improper alternations, repairs, improper care, accidents, disaster, weather or transportation.
7. Discontinued products.
Service charges will become applicable. Please see - Service Charges listed below.
RMA Request and Shipping Instructions
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email. Provide the Order number, date, Product description, serial number and reason for return Note that without this information RMA # will not be issued. Please give us as much information as possible for the reason for return. This will avoid unnecessary delays in processing your RMA request. For example - instead of " Freezes or "Will not boot" give us a detailed list of hardware and software being used with the item/s being returned, the time frame with in which the item fails, symptoms including beeps etc. RMA numbers are issued by Email or Fax service only and are valid for 15 days. Complus must receive item/s within this time period. Warranty policy is not extended beyond the original customer.
R.A. #s are non-transferable. An R.A. number must identify all returns. R.A. numbers can be obtained by email service@com-plus.biz R.A. numbers are valid for 15 days only. Products received after due date will be deemed out of warranty.
Shipping Instructions
Ensure the following before shipping R.A. - Use a rigid box with flaps intact. Remove old address labels and delivery markings from the box. Use adequate cushioning material. Unless otherwise instructed, return the original manufacturer's box/s and packaging, accessories, cables, manuals, and software. All returns must have an R.A. number printed visibly on the shipping label. Do not write on the Manufacturer's Product box. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and insured. Return must include signed and dated R.A. form. Returns not meeting any of the above conditions will be refused and returned to customer. Returns not meeting the above conditions will be refused. The remaining product warranty may be deemed void and null at Complus’s discretion
Products past 90 Days
For products past 90 days from date of Complus Invoice and still covered by Manufacturers Warranty, Complus may, at its discretion, extend their assistance to work with the Manufacturer on behalf of their customer. The Manufacturer will determine the outcome and Manufacturer's decision will be final. In this instance lead-time return varies between 4-8 weeks.
Service Charge
A fee of $25.00 plus a $15.00 Shipping and Handling fee will apply to -
(a) Products returned and found to be non-defective. Hourly rate of $ 65.00 per Hour may also be charged if additional Tech support is required/requested for working product.
(b) Unauthorized refusal of delivery.
A fee of $35.00 plus a $15.00 Shipping and Handling fee will apply to -
(a) Products not purchased from Complus
(b) Products returned without proper authorization
(c) Products returned with missing documentation, packaging, and accessories
(d) Products where warranty is void due to unauthorized addition/deletion/alteration of parts; missing documentation, packaging, and accessories;
(e) Products returned with physical damage.
A fee of $45.00 plus applicable Shipping and Handling charges will apply to -
(a) Custom System returned and found to be non-defective.
(b) Servicing of Out of warranty products.
A fee of $65.00 per hour plus parts and applicable Shipping and Handling fee will apply to repaired products that are considered out of warranty. 1.5% APR will be charged for late payments beyond original net terms granted by Complus Complus reserves the right to request the total cost of the replacement product(s) or the product(s) itself if found to be physically damaged by the customer.
Alterations Modifications and Attachments
Any alterations, additions, improvements or attachments to the product(s) not authorized shall be solely at the customer's own expense and risk if operation of the product(s) is affected in any way by alterations, improvements, modifications or installation. The warranty will be considered waived by the customer and Complus shall have no further obligation to the customer.
Limitation of Liability
Complus will not be liable to Buyer or any other party for any damages that may arise out of or related to this agreement including without limitation incidental, consequential, and special damages. Complus will not be liable for damage to other property caused by any defects in the products, damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of the product, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, interference with business relationships, or other commercial losses, even if advised of their possibility of such damages. The aggregate liability of Complus for any and all claims arising out of or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid Complus for the unit of product involved in the claim. This section states the sole and exclusive remedy of buyer for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Agreement
Complus Warranty Service
Complus's Warranty Service supplements the original manufacturer's warranty. It is aimed at providing additional benefits (at customer's option) for 1 year from the date of purchase. During the said period, we will exchange the defective item for you within 3-5 business days. You will never have to locate or deal with a repair center. As with most manufacturers, they would take 4-6 weeks before repairing/replacing the defective component. Complus warranty will protect your time and investment by replacing with a new/refurbished product within 3-5 business days, thus saving you a lot of time and hassle.
Terms and Conditions:
Parts may be replaced as opposed to being repaired. Parts may be replaced with those of like kind and quality, and may be new or remanufactured.
The Limit of Liability under this agreement is the least of the purchase price of the product excluding tax and shipping and handling or the repair of the product or a replacement product. If the product cannot be repaired, or if parts are no longer available due to the age of the product or discontinuance by the manufacturer, a product with similar or enhanced features will be shipped to you. Technological advances may result in a replacement product with a lower selling price than the original product. Upon replacement, there is no longer any obligation for the replaced product under this agreement.
Product must fail during normal usage. The Customer is responsible for all maintenance recommended by manufacturer. In the event the product fails due to lack of recommended maintenance, this Agreement does not cover the repair. Exchange time will be from the day after the product is returned and does not include shipping time. This Agreement may be purchased at the date of product purchase. The R.A. terms and conditions will apply.
What is not Covered:
COLLISION WITH ANY OBJECT, ACTS OF GOD, EXPOSURE TO WEATHER OR ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS, SPILLED LIQUIDS, IMMERSION IN LIQUIDS, NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, BATTERY LEAKAGE, THEFT, MISUSE, ABUSE, IMPROPER USE OF ELECTRICAL SOURCE OR IMPROPER CONNECTION TO OTHER EQUIPMENT.
ITEMS NORMALLY DESIGNED TO BE PERIODICALLY REPLACED BY THE PURCHASER DURING PRODUCT LIFE, SUCH AS CARTRIDGES, BATTERIES, TONER AND DRUMS.
CLEANINGS, ADJUSTMENTS AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF UPGRADED INTERNAL COMPUTER COMPONENTS NOT PURCHASED FROM Complus.
DAMAGES, IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, GENERAL, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY SUCH DAMAGES DUE TO DELAY IN RENDERING SERVICE UNDER THE AGREEMENT.
LOSS OF USE DURING THE TIME THE PRODUCT IS AT THE Complus REPAIR CENTER.
APPLICATION PROGRAMS, OPERATING SOFTWARE OR OTHER SOFTWARE.
Complus IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF DATA OR RESTORATIONS OF PROGRAMS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO BACK UP ALL COMPUTER SOFTWARE AND DATA PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF REPAIR.
REPAIRS UNDERTAKEN WITHOUT OUR PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
COMMERCIALLY USED PRODUCTS.
These Terms and Conditions are current and are subject to change by COM + at any time without notice and represent the entire agreement between you and Complus
